Cancellation Policy
3.5% CREDIT CARD FEE AT CHECKOUT.
BY MAKING A BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY OUR BOOKING POLICY
(BOOKING POLICY). YOU MUST PROVIDE A CURRENT AND VALID DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CUT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME SHORT OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IN THE CASE THAT WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL THE COST OF THE APPOINTMENT MISSED.
WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
IF YOU WISH TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU MUST NOTIFY ME BY PHONE CALL OR TEXT NOT LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. EMAIL IS NOT ACCEPTED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE 24 HOUR TIME-FRAME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE COST. ANY CHANGES MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE COST.
(I see myself as a understanding person so if in any emergency, extreme illnesses, or due to weather/driving conditions I will wave cancellation fees if needed upon my digression. If you choose not to contact me via text or phone call to inform me about changes to your appointment you will be charged the cancellation fee. This charge does not go towards future appointments.)
